Thank you for shopping with  Bogey Behavior Co.. We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.


International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Bogey Behavior Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carriers.


Tracking Information

Once your package ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Bogey Behavior Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
